客户研发了一款高能效的太阳能路灯产品，能够实现较高的太阳能利用率，因此能在使用较小面积光伏板的情况下驱动较大功率的灯源。客户希望以此打造了一款外观大气、结构合理的太阳能路灯产品，并作为主打产品推向市场，普及到众多道路照明工程项目的使用中去，践行节能减排的理念。经过我们的精心设计，最终给客户打造了一款外观简洁时尚，结构稳固合理，重量轻便的太阳能路灯产品。
用户价值
这个项目非常注重用户体验方面的优化设计。对于生产线工人而言，该产品拥有超薄机身，机件少，安装简便，同时节约工时，从根本上、流程上都做到了节省成本； 对于安装师傅而言，该产品拥有方便的提手设计，重量轻便，可直接手持携带，提手也可以在安装过程中直接挂在挂钩上，释放师傅双手专心工作，也保障了工作人员的安全。
社会影响
在当下的社会发展，我们都越来越关注人性化发展，但过去的太阳能路灯，无论在设计上，还是在工艺上，都过于繁琐，每个流程都要花费很多时间。这个方案的设计就是为了向着节能减排，又能造福个体的方向考虑的。太阳能板和灯件基于一体式设计是必须踏上的道路方向。该产品既减少零件与配件，做到节省能源减少污染，也节约安装时间，提高效率。把手设计也是为接触产品最多的安装工人考虑，便捷他们的工作。在同样发光功率下，传统太阳能需要4-6个工人才能完成搬运和安装，该产品经过创新设计后能够实现1个工人就能够完成搬运与安装。产品造型上摒弃了繁琐设计，简约时尚的造型也可以让路人耳目一新。
团队组织
该项目团队总人数达6人。我们的ID产品经理黄庆贺负责ID设计项目管理，韦布伟是我们的MD产品经理，杨孙朋负责统筹研发供应链相关的流程。此次负责我们项目ID设计的是线上设计师关洁盈和尤志鹏两位，他们很出色地完成了产品的外观方案设计。结构设计师张义科为我们的产品设计了合理可靠的产品结构。
流程方法
在执行过程中 我们衔接紧密配合，在数字化的工具下，异地联动开发。总共用2个月时间 将这款产品真正意义上地实现从0到1。并且在早期我们梳理计划时候，就将风险的余量考虑了在内。在这个产品诞生的过程中，陆陆续续的发生而很多风险，在遇到风险时候，我们紧急处理和决策。使得这个产品能够如期交付。
达成情况
客户打造这款产品是为了承载和展示自己多年的研究成果，为技术的灵魂赋予一具美的形体，然后以产品为载体对自身的技术进行展示和宣传，提升品牌知名度，吸引潜在客户。产品打造出来后以优美的外观设计和优秀的结构设计获得了客户极大的认可。产品以简单的、低成本的制造工艺和安装流程为客户提供了技术以外的另一个竞争优势，那就是简单方便的用户体验。
Project Description
The customer has developed an energy-efficient solar streetlight product that enables higher solar energy utilization and therefore enables the use of larger power panels with smaller photovoltaic panels. The customer hopes to create a solar street lamp product with reasonable appearance and reasonable structure, and as a flagship product, it will be introduced to the market and popularized into the use of many road lighting projects, and the concept of energy saving and emission reduction will be implemented. After our careful design, we finally created a solar street light product with simple appearance, stable structure and light weight.
User Value
This project is very focused on optimizing the design of the user experience. For the production line workers, the product has a slim body, fewer parts, simple installation, and saves man-hours. It saves costs fundamentally and in terms of process. For the installer, the product has a convenient handle. Designed, lightweight, can be carried directly by hand, the handle can also be hung directly on the hook during the installation process, releasing the master's hands to concentrate on the work, but also to ensure the safety of the staff.
Social Impact
In the current social development, we are paying more and more attention to human development. However, in the past, solar street lamps, both in design and in process, were too cumbersome, and each process took a lot of time. The design of this program is to consider the direction of energy saving and emission reduction, and benefit the individual. Solar panels and light fixtures are based on an integrated design that is the direction of the road that must be stepped on. This product not only reduces parts and accessories, but also saves energy and reduces pollution, saving installation time and improving efficiency. The handle design is also considered for the installation workers who are the most exposed to the product, to facilitate their work. At the same luminous power, traditional solar energy requires 4-6 workers to complete the handling and installation. The product has been innovatively designed to enable one worker to complete handling and installation. The styling of the product has abandoned the cumbersome design, and the simple and fashionable shape can also make the passers-by look refreshed.
Team Structure
The total number of the project team is six. Our ID product manager Huang Qinghe is responsible for ID design project management, Wei Buwei is our MD product manager, and Yang Sunpeng is responsible for coordinating the development and supply chain related processes. This time, responsible for the design of our project ID is the online designer Guan Jieying and You Zhipeng, who have done a good job in designing the appearance of the product. Structural designer Zhang Yike designed a reasonable and reliable product structure for our products.
Flow
In the process of implementation, we work closely together, and under the digital tools, we develop in different places. A total of 2 months to share this product truly from 0 to 1. And when we combed the plan early, we took the risk margin into account. In the process of the birth of this product, there are many risks that occur in succession. When we encounter risks, we urgently handle and make decisions. This product can be delivered on schedule.

The customer created this product to carry and display his own research results for many years, to give the soul of technology a beautiful form, and then use the product as a carrier to display and publicize its own technology, enhance brand awareness and attract potential customers. After the product is built, it has won great recognition from customers with its beautiful design and excellent structural design. The product offers customers another competitive advantage in terms of simple, low-cost manufacturing processes and installation processes, which is a simple and convenient user experience.
