PEVC2107是一款创新型、经济型的公共交流充电桩。采用极简有机曲面设计，打破传统公共充电桩呆板的形象，曲面自然形成遮阳罩，并且使显示界面以符合人机的角度呈现，形式与功能巧妙结合。圆形枪座融入主机造型、充电电缆可以环绕在机身上，无需另外定制独立枪座和线缆收纳装置，大大降低了生产制造成本。融入充电枪收纳座的圆环光圈指示灯，直观显示机器运行状态，带来视觉和体验的双重感受；定制转轴结构使其能够快速拆装维护，使产品维护人工成本降低50%。读卡器、触摸屏、通信模块，计量模块等均以模块化设计，方便用户灵活选配；内置PE接地检测功能、温度检测传感器保护设备用电安全，避免自燃等事故。产品适应性广泛，私人停车位配套、电动汽车制造企业和房地产开发企业大规模配套均可使用。

流程方法
前期作了大量的竞品调研、产品使用场景分析、可行性分析及成本预估综合导出产品定义及设计方向，并在此方向指引下结合节能环保的理念进行定向创意设计，形成出色的创意及产品。
项目投入
该项目从2019年2月份立项，经过充分的市场需求调研、产品定位分析，后续独立投入一个完整团队（硬件工程师2人，软件工程师2人，结构工程师1人，造型设计团队3人）进入产品开发阶段，目前产品处于样机阶段，预计12月30号前完成小批量生产，2020年1月底正式批量生产。
达成情况
珠海派诺从事新能源汽车充电设施整体解决方案业务接近5年的时间，系列产品已非常完善。该项目的推出以突破传统工业类产品造型呆板、非专业人员勿近的严肃形象为出发点，继承工业产品安全、可靠的优良品质，以更全面的安全防护功能、更人性化的使用体验、更符合现代社会简洁灵动的审美观加持，设计出一款具有极具竞争力的充电桩产品，提升派诺品牌的行业覆盖率。
Project Description
Compared with the traditional smart audio or set-top box products, it makes the interaction information most visible. No matter for the elderly or children, it can be used easily and happily, so that every family member can enjoy the joy brought by AI intelligence. The suspended microphone array module can avoid noise interference to the greatest extent, which enables it to have the industry-leading speech recognition rate and bring the best voice interaction experience for users.
User Value
This project focuses on the user experience, functional innovation, product brand image and other aspects of in-depth thinking. The product design conforms to the friendly human-machine operation experience and breaks the existing rigid image of public exchange charging pile on the appearance. Through the front shell, the rotating shaft can be customized, without removing the whole machine, it can be quickly maintained, greatly reducing the maintenance cost of the public charging station.
Business Performance
At present, the project has not been officially released to the public, and only some market publicity has been carried out from the new perspective of design concept and function creation, which is favored by customers. The number of orders that have been harvested for the products is close to about 5% of the total orders of the products of our company in 2019.
Social Impact
The products have wide adaptability, and can be used by private parking lot, electric vehicle manufacturing enterprises and real estate development enterprises. Starting from energy conservation and emission reduction of low-carbon life, enhance brand value and environmental protection concept. Product design stands out from the existing public charging piles in the market. In the early stage, a large number of competitive product research, product use scenario analysis, feasibility analysis and cost estimation were carried out to comprehensively derive the product definition and design direction, and under this direction, combined with the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection, directional creative design was carried out to form excellent creativity and products.
Project Investment
The project was approved in February 2019. After sufficient market demand research and product positioning analysis, a complete team (2 hardware engineers, 2 software engineers, 1 Structural Engineer and 3 modeling design teams) was put into the product development stage independently. At present, the product is in the prototype stage. It is expected to complete small batch production before December 30, and it will be officially approved at the end of January 2020 Quantity production.
Project Achievements
Zhuhai Pino has been engaged in the whole solution business of new energy vehicle charging facilities for nearly 5 years, and the series of products have been very perfect.
