该项目由企业内部团队的研发设计和洛客线上平台设计共同完成，从产品的痛点到产品的ID经历了数周去深入，同时有结构小组配合设计团队去优化产品设计。同时安排了后期的工厂对接进行手板打样制作。
流程方法
从用户的使用情境出发，以技术硬件为基础，以用户体验为核心进行外观设计。设计遵循人体工程学，通过采样大量亚洲人的耳道数据，来对耳机轮廓进行设计。运用合理的材料，力求给用户带来更极致的体验。
项目投入
从项目立项到样机制作共耗时5个月左右时间，资金20万左右
达成情况
TWS双子耳机通过采样大量亚洲人的耳道数据，来对耳机轮廓进行设计。最终，TWS采用了潜入式设计，使得整个耳塞能够贴合于外耳空间之内，同时也达到了良好的隔噪效果。同时，在耳机小巧的体积上还集成了音量控制触点，这个设计使得操作更加便捷。
此外，这款耳机有一个很大的亮点就是它的半透明导光带，其材质是PMMA（有机玻璃），表面采用NCVM（不导电电镀）处理。
TWS双子耳机配有当下非常流行的便携式充电收纳盒，能够做到收纳充电两不误，充电1小时可以续航4小时。

Ximalaya is the largest online audio sharing platform in China, and service website that enables users to share voices and personal radio stations. The certified audio on Ximalaya were reaching nearly 60 million and average daily new upload audio hitting more than 30000.
The Ximalaya TWS earphone are compatible with Ximalaya APP. It helps more than 4 hundred million activated users and subscribers to make new audio show and joy in the music.
Team Structure
The project is completed by the design department from enterprise and LKKER online design platform. We spent serval weeks for pain-points mining, product ID and other issues. Meanwhile, the product design had been optimized that completed by structure research team and design team. They also will work with the factory to finish the hand plate proofing.
Flow
The appearance design is based on usage scenarios of user and standard movement. By drawing on the cultural elements of counter-mainstreaming, the abstraction is applied to the design process and material matching. The final product presents a counter-mainstream style that appeals to young people.
Project Investment
The project took 5 months to reach prototype production, and cost 200 thousand RMB
Project Achievements
In accord of a large number of Asian ear canal data collection, Ximalaya TWS earphones completed the headset design.
In addition, the translucent light tape of this earphone is one of the highlights of the product, and the PMMA surface is processed by the NCVM process.
It's very easy to place the Ximalaya TWS earpieces in the portable charging case. The charging case holds multiple charges, so you can get up to 4 hours of listening time for when you’re on the go with 1-hour charging.
