本产品是一款驱蚊器,巧妙的设计成笑脸球形,以可爱的造型,适合的尺寸,集成了高效低噪音风机,高性能锂电池,再配合以纯天然植物精油提取的防蚊药液配方而成的固体缓释型驱蚊片,并创新性的采用了间歇式主动流量增强方式来加强驱蚊药液的挥发并同时大大延长了工作时间。特别设计了凸轮线形开关拨杆,实现了翻盖自动开机,合盖后形成相对密封的空间,以减缓驱蚊片的挥发并有效延长其使用时间。

团队组织
该项目由公司内部孵化完成,前期的研发设计以及结构辅助,从产品的市场痛点到产品ID经历了数周去深入,同时有结构小组配合设计团队去优化产品。同时安排了负责后期的工厂对接以及商家供货渠道,打通了从产品研发到出货一整条渠道。
流程方法
从产品的问题点出发,去寻找用户真正痛点,不断发散聚焦能得到更好的设计价值;其次以设计为主结构为辅,以生产和工艺效果为最终目标去共同协作完成项目。

项目从立项到上市,花费了 5个月时间,10 万左右。

Team Structure
The project is completed by incubation within the company, early research and development design and structural assistance, from the product market pain point to the product ID has gone through several weeks to go deep, while a structural team with the design team to optimize the product. At the same time, the factory docking and supplier supply channels were arranged, which opened a whole channel from product development to shipment.
