目前，世界城市轨道交通主要有：地下铁道、市郊铁路、有轨电车、快速有轨电车或轻轨电车、单轨电车、自动导轨快速电车及其他轨道交通等。快速有轨电车和轻轨电车是上世纪六十年代以来发展起来的一种介于地下铁道和公共汽车之间的中等运量的轨道交通形式。本课题选择了自动导轨快速电车为设计研究对象，目标最终达成自主研发设计、具有完全自主产权的胶轮导轨电车。本课题通过设计计算、模拟分析论证导轨电车设计开发的可行性，并输出施工设计文件。导轨电车为我国第一列自主研发的胶轮驱动、单轨钢轮导向的低地板有轨电车，开发导轨电车将有助于公司的转型升级，提高公司的市场竞争力；为我国轨道交通工具产品型谱填补空白。
一、设计亮点、色彩分析：
此方案满足个性化特色外观需求，又满足车辆安全要求，同时兼顾生产安装便捷，检修方便的原则。外观设计特点：安全、实用、美观、大方；头罩为玻璃钢材质，线条流畅，灯具和后视摄像头具有科技感和美感，车身比例协调，颜色以红色和黑色为主，搭配香槟金色带，红色热情、活泼，代表乐观、喜庆之意，黑色高雅、朴素，给人稳重安定的感觉。
导轨电车为三编组100%低地板电车，采取胶轮驱动、承载，单轨钢轮导向模式；采用铰接车体结构，客室内贯通；动车与拖车通过贯通道铰接连接；运行时超级电容供电，噪音低、不产生燃烧废气、无需架空受电网，避免了视觉污染，可实现零排放，有效减少大气污染，充分体现现代交通绿色、节能、环保的出行理念；最小通过曲线半径R15m，额定工况下的最高运行速度为80km/h，制动采用微机控制直通式电空制动系统；制动距离短，有效保证车辆安全运营及乘客出行安全。爬坡能力强。零部件所采用的材料具有良好的阻燃、防腐、耐磨耗和耐高温性能，具有足够的强度及刚度，且满足相关标准的要求，其电子控制空气悬挂系统、航空级内装材料、减震结构设计，能够很好的保证导轨电车的安全可靠。
采取胶轮驱动、承载，单轨钢轮导向模式；司机室和贯通道骨架为碳钢车体，客室车体为铝合金车体。动车与拖车通过贯通道铰接连接；内装采取公交化设计；制动采用微机控制直通式电空制动系统；主牵引为经受电弓从接触网受流。
低地板导轨电车具有节约成本、节约能源和方便乘客、造价低方面的显著优点，因此，在新兴城市、大城市支线以及中小城市得到广泛推广，具有很大的发展空间和广阔的市场应用前景，未来批量生产的空间很大。
现代有轨电车在城市交通中扮演着重要的角色，对发展交通、缓解城市拥堵具有重要的意义。它既作为城市骨干交通模式，承担大量的公共交通客流；在城市经济活动密集的中心区域，有轨电车又能提供便利的交通服务，这些功能让有轨电车收到越来越多的青睐。
商业表现
根据前期市场调研情况，结合国内需求现状，在未来两三年内，可能出现该类型车辆的批量需求，每年100列左右，五年内达到年需求500列左右的批量。按每列售价1800万计，则导轨电车在未来两三年内可有每年18亿的销售收入，五年或五年以后，年销售收入可达到90亿元。

Project Description
Kazakhstan EMU is an urban rail transit vehicle independently designed and developed by CRRC SIFANG CO., LTD. It is suitable for passenger transportation of underground railway and ground line in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Its design fully takes into account the user's operating conditions, maintenance conditions and operating habits and other factors. The system is simple, applicable and maintainable.
The EMU are divided into four groups, EMU with driver's cab and intermediate EMU. The cab is made of fiberglass and the body steel structure is made of stainless steel. The materials used in the spare parts have good flame retardant, anti-corrosion, wear resistance and low temperature resistance, sufficient strength and stiffness, and meet the requirements of relevant standards.，which can ensure the safety and reliability of EMU. Each system of the electric vehicle fully considers the influence of - 35 C low temperature environment on the performance of components, and focuses on the thermal insulation performance of the whole vehicle. The thermal insulation performance of the whole vehicle is calculated and verified by the thermal test of the whole vehicle.

The design of Kazakh EMU takes full account of safety, reliability, general interchangeability of systems and components, serialization, standardization, modularization and overall lightweight, combining with local line conditions and operating environment.
User Value
