It mainly used for the construction, overhaul and maintenance operations of the track catenary, as well as lights installation on the railway or highway, tunnel cleaning and other high-altitude operations. The train design is fully European design standard,the domestic zero breakthrough has been achieved in railway walking,highway and railway transformation,front-and-back bridge system,electrical and hydraulic control. The dual-use high-altitude working vehicle of ICON series have solved the conversion of highway and rail models，vertical to track，steel wheel drive and other technical problems.To save resources,reduce energy consumption,improve productivity and product versatility. 二、Innovation leadership： 1、The dual-use high-altitude working vehicle of ICON series is the first model in China, which has passed the European CE certification. 2、A total of 33 patent applications, including 4 patents (authorized); 29 new and practical patents (authorized 24, accepted 5). We also set 3 items of enterprise standards. 3、The vehicle is divided into five systems：Road driving system，Railway driving system，Aerial work system，Electric devices control system and Hydraulic control system.The main technical innovation content is as follows. （1）Vertical to track：Compare with the previous parallel up and down orbit,there is little space and short time needed to drive on and off the track. （2）Hydraulic drive railway trail devices：The track mode is changed from rubber wheel drive to steel wheel drive,the split drive is realized. （3）Using the CAN-BUS bus microcomputer control. （4）Hydraulic system technical innovation：Closed loop drives the bogie to achieve shift,forward and backward. （5）Innovative characteristics of brake system：fast heat,light weight，simple construction,easy to adjust,and high load has good high temperature resistance. （6）Overload protection function of Work bucket：Acoustic alarm when reaching the rated weight of 90%,alarm and stop when reaching the rated weight of 105%. （7）Emergency drop function：when the power source is lost,work bucket emergency descent is achieved by operating the work bucket emergency valve and the turntable emergency valve. （8）Height work height restriction function：When the work bucket reaches maximum height,the engine is stopped by the height sensor on the folded arm.

（1）Driver＇s control desk is divided into driving control area and multiplication function area,the contact surface is curved.Use the western right-hand driving layout and meet the ride requirement of 2 people. Orders from UK： The company has finished the production of seven ICON-8 road-rail vehicles and derivative products, with total sales income of about 30 million . The sales income added by 30 million with profit of 5 million since the SRS company placed another 6 intent orders. After the production of 3 pieces of ICON-10 road-rail vehicles, the SRS company placed another 4 intent orders, accounting for 25 million of total sales income. The order amount of domestic high-altitude working vehicle reached 8 million in 2015.
