浴霸+集定时、凉霸、童锁、换气等12大功能于一身,面板时刻显示本机状态,通过遥控器界面能够清晰快速地切换运行模式,操作简单,随心掌控。浴霸+采用的是奔驰内饰同级PC合金料,耐高温、阻燃、防腐蚀、坚固耐用,更环保,并且大方美观与家居环境和谐相融。
商业表现
浴霸+在发布上市后,迅速受到了经销商和消费者的青睐与好评,4个月左右的时间便超过了老款去年一年的销售量。不但为客户带来了高额的利润,同时也极大的推动了客户的品牌知名度和市场占有率。

团队组织
这次项目一共有17位全职成员参与,由客户团队的市场人员进行信息采集和整理,反馈到研发部形成初步构思,在与设计团队经过多轮研讨后形成最终方向,并进行相应的设计,客户的技术人员提供技术以及生产指导。
流程方法
这次项目充分发挥了客户和内部两个团队共同协作的优势,通过系统性的设计思维,将产品连结品牌方,市场,消费者进行分析与思考。同时通过功能解析与人物画像的运用,为后面的设计提供了准确的产品定位。
达成情况
该项目最初的目标就是突破现有浴霸产品的形式,并为用户带去更好更便捷的体验。经过两个团队的共同协作,成功地实现了目标,受到了消费者的广大好评。
Project Description
This Fsilon bath heater+ is intended to break the traditional bath heaters' rigid and cheap sense of design style, and give the household electrical appliance sense of quality, technology and value.The curved transition surface enables it to better integrate into the ceiling, the unique suspended panel and the lining atmosphere lamp, greatly enhancing the product's sense of technology and form, and promoting the perfect combination of form and function.
User Value
This product integrates 12 functions, such as timing,cool bully, child lock, ventilation and so on.The panel displays the state of the machine at all times, and can switch the operation mode clearly and quickly through the remote control interface. The operation is simple and can be controlled at will.It uses Benz interior PC alloy of the same grade, high temperature resistance, flame retardancy, corrosion resistance, durability, more environmentally friendly, and generous beauty and harmony with the home environment.
Business Performance
After listing, the product was quickly favored and praised by dealers and consumers, and the sales volume of the old model exceeded that of last year in about four months. It not only brings high profits to customers, but also greatly promotes the brand awareness and market share of Fsilon.
Social Impact
The project breaks the rigidity and cheapness of traditional bathmaster and gives them the sense of quality, technology and value they deserve. For bathing products, they can better integrate into modern home decoration and play an exemplary role.
Team Structure
A total of 17 full-time members participated in the project. The marketing staff of the customer team gathered and collated the information, and fed back to the R&D department to form a preliminary idea. After many rounds of discussions with the design team, the final direction was formed and the corresponding design was carried out. The technical staff of the customer provided technical and production guidance.
Flow
This project gives full play to the advantages of collaboration between customers and internal two teams, through systematic design thinking, will link the product brand, market, consumer analysis and thinking. At the same time, through functional analysis and the use of portraits, for the latter design to provide accurate product positioning.
Project Achievements
The initial goal of the project is to break through the existing bathroom products and bring users a better and more convenient experience. After the cooperation of the two teams, the goal has been achieved perfectly and has been widely praised by consumers.
