在项目中,我们进行了大量的用户采访和样本分析,通过情景模拟和人物画像解析,抓住了80后、90后心中溪边戏水玩闹的美好童年记忆,明确了设计意图和方向。

Project Description
The baby bathtub adopts the emotional design concept. Inspired by the soft form of cobbles, the design combines the layers of ripples that come up when the cobblestones enter the water, and restores a beautiful childhood scene of playing in the stream and throwing stones at the river.At the same time, its shape is similar to the baby's cute little feet, step by step to accompany the baby's healthy and happy growth.
User Value
In function,the baby bathtub has a real-time temperature sensing function, so that the mother can easily control the water temperature.And it has a large bath space that can sit and lie which suitable for 1-6 years of age.The detachable package bathing rack can protect your baby's soft spine. The products use edible PP materials, non-toxic, tasteless, safe and environmentally friendly.
Business Performance
The baby bathtub has been favored by consumers after its launch. Since the listing, the monthly sales volume has maintained an increase of 18%, greatly increasing the brand awareness of Rikang in the baby industry.
Social Impact
The baby bathtub reveals Rikang's human care for consumers, and hopes to establish a deep emotional connection with consumers through excellent products. The project has played a positive role in promoting product iteration and consumption upgrades in the baby industry.
Team Structure
A total of 12 full-time members participated in the project. The members of the marketing department and technical department of Rikang are responsible for the organization and function of the existing products. The Hot Design team is mainly responsible for user interviews, pre-planning and program design.
Flow
In the project, we conducted a large number of user interviews and sample analysis. Through scenario simulation and character portrait analysis, we captured the beautiful childhood memories of the fun in the 80s and 90s, and defined the design intent and direction.
