The Lantingji Xu written by Wang Xizhi is not only a calligraphy treasures but also a a literary masterpiece. Although one thousand years have passed,the authentic work disappeared with Taizong of the Tang Dynasty, the facsimile is still widespread at home and abroad.This product design is deeply inspired and influenced by the artistic conception,drinking the floating cup on the winding brook that the rushing water surrounds both the left and right,which extract from Lantingji Xu,and the waterway between the water tank and the ultrasonic generator is independent and specially external, and the water tank and generator are designed to form the morphology of mellow and smooth to match the serpentine water channel. A raised peak is designed between the two tanks,besides,we design mounting seat on its rear.we also design some related accessories,including flower arrangement seat, fragrant socket, etc,which can be assembled according to the necessity.Different parts with different details and dynamic flow, as well as incense incense, faint scent,creating a unique scene ,one wine cup floating on the river and mist wreathed the mountains, give consumers the different senses.

The humidifier works fast and is easy to use.In winter, people can use warm fog,so that the senses feel more soft and moist.Meanwhile,as an unique and exquisite works ,it actively integrate into the common people's home environment,make people remember profoundly. In structural design,we consider the generality,In the case of sharing most of the components, as long as the replacement of a base, the upper cover can match different requirements of the warm fog and cold fog.It is this design that forms two major types of products that reduce production and assembly costs.Structurally,we design two shells of tank with the most general way,to reduce production costs while improving the yield rate.The interior takes full advantage of the space brought by the peaks of the mountain and greatly reduces the thickness of the base.The upper cover of warm fog version innovatively use the translucent high-quality PP material,and we design the light guide touch button,such as pearl like luminous effect and arranged into waterways surrounding, realized the real “set off the left and right”.

As a newly listed product, it has attracted the eyes of many businessmen since it was launched by Canton Fair.At the meeting, customers have asked for product manuals, technical details, and signed orders for more than 30 copies.Under the influence of Lantingji Xu,Japanese and Korean customers who highly influenced by Chinese culture has highly acceptance of this product; while distant Russia, Ukraine and other Eastern European countries are also very interested in it.

The product is made of food grade PP material, and the water tank is specially made of nanometer antibacterial coating,making safety and hygiene of water achieve high requirements.Its structure is simple and regular, and the most common ultrasonic welding technology is used to ensure a high rate of finished products.The generator adopts the latest frequency conversion ultrasonic generation technology, saving energy reaches 20%.

The project has 7 full-time staff involved in the design phase, with 3 in ID teams, 2 in structural groups, and 2 in electronic teams.The marketing department and the sales department of the customer have given great assistance during the design stage and have obtained a lot of first-hand information.The engineers of customer process department and product department work closely with us in the final production stage to avoid and solve a lot of practical problems and ensure the product produced on time.

Product is located in the direction of artistic design from the beginning.Combine the traditional culture and small household electrical appliance product attributes,refine the design elements,evaluate the space, structure and the way of using general devices,finally finish the design synthetically.

After unremitting efforts of all our colleagues, the products were launched at the Canton Fair according to the plan, and received favorable comments and considerable passenger flow and intention orders.
