The core members of the project are led by three full-time leaders from both sides. Party B is led by an industrial design director with seven years'experience and a structural design director with seven years' experience. There were a series of problems in the previous generation of products, such as the tedious and time-consuming locking and unlocking, the complex structure of the hand ring, many internal parts of the model, the internal steel strip is easy to break and so on.As the second generation of products, both parties sincerely cooperate in the realization of product functions, operational interaction and other details of the discussion spent a lot of energy.Constantly rapid iterative structure design and 3D printing verification can avoid many problems which are easy to occur in the later stage of mass production. By using new materials, the high cost materials needed in mass production can be reduced. Finally, the difficulty of mass production can be reduced and the production efficiency can be improved.
