Ceramic firing process has always been the biggest problem in the industry. The traditional ceramic thickness is 12 mm. The edge thickness of this basin is only 6 mm. It is very difficult to keep the edge straight and the surface smooth when firing at high temperature. It is even more difficult to achieve the unity of edge and overall glaze color. The product uses by FFC formula process and fired at high temperature above 1260 degrees Celsius. The shape and surface of the product are regular, the lines are straight and the deformation is uniform. By adjusting the mixing proportion of mud, the edge glaze color is basically as same as the whole glaze color. In the design process of this series of thin tank toilets, the water consumption level of 4 L achieved through the unique technology of elbow flow guide in the industry, which is higher than the average water consumption of 6 L of ordinary toilets. The greater difficulty of this toilet is to ensure not only the water consumption, but also reduce the thickness of the water tank, while ensuring the comfort of the seat, which poses great challenges to the structure and technology.
