喬治餐廳建基於藝術美學, 加入藝術館的元素, 旨在展現出”奢華的藝術，藝術的奢華”。而設計風格融合了懷舊與現代的當代精神，室內的裝飾及擺設都不遜於藝術館的層次, 標誌性的鮮亮紅色象徵著活力、激情, 帶來視覺刺激之餘, 同時營造出浪漫的氛圍。

Mas Studio Limited 的设计总监李芯泳小姐及其团队负责项目的室内设计工作。
流程方法
項目剛開始的時候, 正值疫情時間, 團隊未能親身前往工地，因此項目的運作也作出很多調整，利用更多電訊科技，對整個工程作出監控。團隊憑着過往的經驗，為工程制定一系列遙遠監管模式，通過數碼各種科技, 頻密地與各方合作單位視頻會議及聯繫，讓整個工程可以順利執行。我們先與各方合作單位包括承包商、工程管理、機電工程等各部門開視像會議定下的目標, 制定一個完善的時間表及監管制度，及規定要求各合作單位每星期提交視頻, 以跟進施工情況, 同時為進度拍照作記錄，當中設有一監管部門，並通過即時通訊軟件, 開設多個不同的群組, 讓各合作單位緊密跟進監管，即使身處異地不能到現場視察, 仍然確保施工可以進展順利。

這項目由2022年9月立項到交付, 共花了12個月時間.
达成情况
在玻璃幕牆外擺放的畫作，讓所有人能欣賞到這幅傑作，為餐廳作為一所藝術館作序幕, 餐廳內的不同位置更擺放了不少特色的藝術品。以鮮亮紅色作為其主色調，對比白石、金鋼、銀板, 讓感官探索矛盾與和諧的接通點, 協調激情與平靜, 純潔與精緻, 光彩與昏暗, 開放與隱私。更為每個角落都營造出藝術文化的氛圍。在大量採用室外明光的入口處，裝飾了染色玻璃屏風，添加隱私感。純樸的白石牆顯現“起伏波浪”圖案，流線型的 L 形長枱供展示一系列精緻的食物選擇。天花上懸浮著充滿活力的波紋金屬雕塑，為藝術家鄭路的傑作“水在滴落”。而貴賓廳以安迪沃荷的標誌性傑作「瑪麗蓮夢露」金屬窗簾充當間隔，突顯新舊並肩的浪漫藝術風格。
Project Description
Design is based on the concept of an art gallery, to showcase 'luxurious art, artistic luxury.' It blends nostalgia and contemporary art. The works of art displayed are comparable to those in art galleries. Bright red implies vitality and passion, offering visual stimulation and a romantic vibe.
User Value
George’s restaurant is integral to Hotel Éclat Beijing, showcasing museum-quality art. The design aims to realize Parkview Green’s mission to exemplify a contemporary living style that combines art and life, emphasizes sustainability, and pushes the boundaries of science and imagination.
Team Structure
Monique Lee, the design director of Mas Studio Limited, and her team are responsible for the interior design of the project.
Flow
The project began during the pandemic. A remote monitoring system was set up using digital technology. Schedules were set up with partners online and frequent videoconferences were conducted. The monitoring team ensures close follow-up on work progress through filming site situations and photos.
Project Investment
This project took 12 months from the initiation to delivery in September 2022.
Project Achievements
A painting on the glass curtain wall is for all to appreciate. The context of bright red, contrasting with various colors, white, and metals, offers sensory exploration. Adorned with works of art including the metal sculpture Water Drops and "Marilyn Monroe" metal curtain, it is an edgy romantic style.
