清奇設計,一直以追求表達『空間中的存在感』為目標, 並以時間回憶,光與影,自然鏡像,易變劇場等四個主題發展設計.
此案位於台南安平港外,透過基地四周魚塭片片,可遠眺大海.本作品想法除了呼應古城以燈籠的意象呈現整個夜間公設的感覺外,在基地上也以類似魚塭的水池設計於大廳旁,功能則用以於調整基地溫濕度,達到夏季節能的目的.
用户价值
本案嚐試在嚴熱的台灣南部,利用遍布基地四周的傳統魚塭造型,將水池嵌入空間側面,運用開窗連結及嵌入水中的下沉洽談區,整合基地環境意象並確實做到調整節能的目的.
同時,空間以格柵層層包覆,讓夜間透出室內的燈光,猶如一只燈籠.藉此與台南古城在文化情感上有所鍊結.
商业表现
在本案完工銷售後,獲得不少住戶及同業設計者的肯定.對首次進行高層住宅建築的業主,
墊定了市場的品牌認同性

此案在光影,時間感,劇場感三方面達成了我們於設計之初的設定,讓空間呈現設計者企圖的表現性,並完整的傳達空間存在感的意念.
Project Description
Ching Chi Design pursues an expression of existentialism in space and develops designs based on the four themes of memory, light & shadow, mirror image, and theater.
This project is located in the vicinity of Anping Harbor, Tainan. The site is surrounded by fish farms with the ocean visible in the distance. The design concept recreates the feel of an ancient city with lantern imagery in the public areas at night. A pool resembling a fish pond which functions as a temperature and humidity regulator for the whole site has been created next to the lobby to achieve the goal of energy conservation in the summer season.
User Value
The design project aims to integrate the environmental imagery of the site and realize the goal of temperature adjustment and energy conservation in southern Taiwan through placement of a pool on the periphery of the space and utilization of windows and a submerged meeting area in the pool, drawing inspiration from traditional fish farms surrounding the site.
At the same time, the space is enveloped by layered grating penetrated by indoor lighting at night. This structure resembles a lantern and evokes the nostalgia of ancient Tainan.
Business Performance
Upon completion of this project, our design was lauded by numerous residents and designer colleagues and laid a solid foundation for the brand identity of this proprietor who had just made his debut in the high-rise residential building industry.
Social Impact
Upon sale of this project, our design also received wide acclaim from clients living abroad. It creates a commercial building option for construction companies and adds a design direction characterized by intensified environmental and cultural connotations, thereby creating an enhanced cultural value.

Flow
We fully participated in the contracting, manufacturer assessment, and supervision process to make up for the lack of experience of the proprietor who made his debut in the high-rise residential building industry. We served as a general contractor for the whole project in the field of installation design and execution.

Project Achievements
The project has achieved our initial design objectives in the dimensions of memory, light & shadow, and theater. The space gives full expression to the intentions of the designer and fully conveys the ideas of existentialism in space.
