Project Description
A vertical cast iron wok which is designed for the modern Chinese kitchens and suitable for the Chinese cooking.
User Value
It is moulded by pouring as a whole, and is firm, wear-resistant, not easy to rust and more durable by combined with the high temperature nitriding technology. On the pot type, a "thick bottom - thin wall - thick edge" structure that is suitable for the Chinese cooking is created to make the heat conducting fast and the heat even, so that the cooking time is effectively shortened and the generation of oil-smoke is reduced. In particular, the circular arc pot bottom design with the better oil gathering and easier to stir-fry meets the needs of Chinese cooking.
