Located in Central area, this 230 square meter apartment is a three-storey home to a young couple. The design concept of this apartment aims to present modern, contemporary as well as a little bit of luxurious touch. The beautiful and precious marble wall is the focus point in the living area, the marble mitered edging designs is stunning like waterfall, it is very fine and cool and a big contrast with the warm wooden floor which make the design more modern and luxurious. The floor of the dining and living area is a rectangle shape, design director Leslie use a marble feature wall to highlight the living area and a floor-to-ceiling glass window to pass through the living, dining, and balcony area. It is not only bring the natural light into the apartment, but also allow the vision extend to the window, enhance the visual space. There is an open bar near the dining area, which is ideal for inviting guests and one of the important areas of the floor design. In addition to the bar in this floor, there is another bar in the rooftop. The rooftop bar is also a focus point in the apartment, it is spacious and there are a feature marble bar table, for the owners and friends to enjoy wine and taste at the rooftop bar. What is more, the landscape with comfortable sofa is a great place for chill and relax.

The main material of the design are marble, wood, glass, leather finishing, besides, designer Leslie added intelligent elements with modern interior design, so that the owners’ life becomes convenient, cool, and enhance their quality of life. It is definitely good for the owners since they like to invite guests to home, and they can use the mobile apps to make all the electric equipment ready such as turn on and set the lighting mode as well as the air-conditioner before arrive the apartment, which is a very lovely design.

In the whole project, our group has played a very important responsibility, including the chief designer Leslie Lam led the designers from the beginning of the design to the end. First of all, Primocasa designers met with the clients, listen to the needs and client’s preferences, analyze the design style. Then, designers did the on-site field measurement and inspection for further analyze and for the building structure to see what is the best design can be create. After that, draft a suitable design to the customer so that they can simply look at the design drawings, in the meantime, our art consultant designers also selected the materials which are matched with guests favorite and design frame. When fixed all design concepts and implemented materials, Primocasa will produce the right floor plan, renderings and 3D layout plan to clients so that they can see the plainly plan of the design works. Afterwards, project designer led workers to carry the project out and ensure the project is completed in deadline. Finally, marketing department colleagues arranged photographer to take reference photos for clients and promotion as well. Of course, our managing director Andy Wong also plays a very important role in the whole project from begin to finish, he was managed and control the design fee with present the best design and budget balance.
