The project team quickly responded to this change in life scenes and launched a thermos cup that can meet outdoor scenes and mobile attributes as quickly as possible. The large-capacity instant drink is such a product. It has a capacity of more than 1L in terms of function, and can maintain heat for 24 hours. With a 316L stainless steel lid, you can enjoy warm water anytime and anywhere. In terms of appearance, it combines the light outdoor design style with the light retro trend for the first time, making the entire product visually more competitive. It only took 60 days from the project establishment in January 2023 to the launch. It led the industry as soon as it went online, with excellent business performance.

A total of more than 10 full-time members from the technology research and development department, industrial design department, strategic marketing department, and marketing department participated in the project.
Flow
1. Quickly gain insight into the trend changes in people’s life scenes after the epidemic, formulate corresponding product strategies, and quickly launch products. 2. Analyze the design style of outdoor products, grasp the trend style, and make the product have unique design highlights. 3. The plastic parts of the product adopt a platform strategy and use old product functional parts, which saves the development process of plastic parts and grinding tools. Combined with the technology accumulation of the R&D department for many years, it is possible to launch product solutions that can be implemented well in a very short period of time. 4. Cooperate with the marketing department to formulate a product details page design that is in line with the retro outdoor style of the product in terms of emotion, aesthetics, and user experience, so that the product will perform well as soon as it is launched.
Project Achievements
The goal of this project is to quickly launch an insulated water cup suitable for outdoor scenes to follow people's pursuit of outdoor life after the epidemic. At the same time, cost control is strict, and through product series and functional component platformization, the product can be quickly and high-quality. It was implemented and ultimately achieved commercial performance that far exceeded expectations, well realizing the company's product strategy of creating blockbuster products.
