团队组织
耀出行服务团队自2019年5月公司成立之初,成立用户调研组、7/24小时客服组、管家培训管理组、产品策划组、市场推广组等成员。公司管理团队对产品策略的产出、方案的推敲、推动服务内容迭代升级给予了专业的战略意见;公司还邀请国际咨询公司、五星级豪华酒店、奢侈品品牌方等具有代表性的潜在用户群体验耀出行,以协助耀出行探索服务设计的更多可能,并不断优化用户体验地图。
流程方法
为了在不同场景下为用户提供更美好的体验,耀出行携手中欧国际工商管理学院(CEIBS)共同打造“卓越服务实验室”,并与瑞士洛桑酒店管理学院(EHL)合作开发管家服务培训教程,不断提升出行管家的服务意识与水平;同时联合国内顶尖“创新战略咨询公司” 上海桥中商务咨询有限公司(CBi China Bridge),在服务设计专业理论指导下,全面梳理服务旅程的每一个环节和细节,绘制不同场景下完整的服务旅程图,找到提升机会点,不断推进耀出行服务品质迭代升级。此外,耀出行在各大运营城市以工作坊、高端沙龙、品质生活品鉴会等形式与用户面对面沟通,倾听用户心声,共创极致服务体验,相继举行了近10场用户线下活动。耀出行以至臻完美的品质和尽善尽美的服务,礼遇每一位用户,让美好相伴随行。

Mercedes-Benz Quality in Motion | StarRides, holds a brand mission of “Live up to customer's expectations for their key moments”. After the service operation practice lasting more than three years, it has established vehicle and chauffeur service designed for B2B and B2C. From the six dimensions, including Caring, Credible, Customized, Courteous, Comfortable, Considerate, StarRides sets a series of standards for its premium mobility service, which creates a full-sense experience that sets senses of visual, autitory, smell, taste and tactile in one. With the pursuit of the most perfect quality and service, StarRides has already become the best choice for the routine travel of high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and the key moments of other users.
User Value
StarRides, upholding the brand concept of “live up to customer's expectations for their key moments”, has innovatively formed three matrixes of service products: First, standardized premium mobility service including airport pick-up, chartered service, reserved trips, and cross-city trips; second, one-stop travel solutions for 2B senarios, including conference vehicles, corporate executive vehicles, multiple-day chartered service, and designated exclusive chauffeur service; third, customized travel services, including chartered business jet, student pick-up, cars specially designed for pregnant mothers, wedding fleet, and chartered vehicle for traveling. StarRides has taken the lead in setting a series of standards for premium mobility service industry, namely, the “Caring” including the background check and health assessment of chauffeurs, the conduct of defensive drive and customer privacy protection, the “Credible” of keeping promise to pick up guests on time with ensured service quality, the “Customized” of satisfying personal preferences on in-vehicle music, exclusive children pick-up, surprise gift etc., the “Courteous” including up to one hour free waiting for airport pick-up that your chauffeur will wait for you with a nameplate held, the “Comfortable” of creating a sensory atmosphere inside the car with surround sound audio system, exquisite inner decoration, and comfortable configuration, and the meticulous “Considerate” can be seen from the whole process of the service including the luxury vehicle and well-trained chauffeur, especially the services beyond expectations such as providing travel blanket, eye patch, slippers for customers who need rest during the journey.

With the offially operated luxury Mercedes-Benz vehicles, the authentic chauffeur service, and the brand mission of “live up to customer's expectations for their key moments”, StarRides has rapidly become the only choice for countless high-quality trips. With efforts for more than three years, it has been launched and operated in 23 cities across the country, receiving a combined total of approximately 1 million customers, including nearly 5,000 enterprises. StarRides, with extraordinary service quality, has successively offered services for 2020 World Internet Conference, the German delegation of the Third China International Import Expo in 2020, the 14th National Games of the People's Republic of China in 2021, 2021 Fortune Global 500 Summit, 2019 World Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Convention, 2020 Global People Annual Conference and other top summits, and has defined a new business vehicles service standard for global summits. With all those successful service cases, StarRides has won universal praise as “First Class on Land”, “Five-Star Mobile Hotels” and “the Ceiling of travel services”.
Social Impact
While establishing its own service quality management system, StarRides has also begun to successfully export its service standards to the industry, and has provided 12 premium chauffeur service trainings for hundreds of the private drivers of top luxury car Maybach owners across the country. StarRides has been beyond a premium mobility service provider and gradually grown as the “coach” of China's high-end travel service industry with a reproducible and standardized service system. Team Structure
Ever since May 2019, when the company was just established, the StarRides service team has set up functions including the User Research, the 7/24 Customer Service, the Chauffeur Training Management, the Product Planning, and the Marketing and Sales. The management team offered their professional strategic advice on the formulation of product strategy and the upgrading of service products. In addition, the company has invited international consulting firms, 5-star hotels, luxury brands and other representative and potential clients to experience the StarRides service, which helps to explore more possibilities of service design and optimize the customer journey map.
Flow
To provide better user experience under different scenarios, StarRides joined hands with the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) to build an "Extraordinary Service Laboratory", cooperating with the Ecole Hoteliere Lausanne (EHL) to develop exclusive training courses for StarRides chauffeurs to continuously enhance their service awareness and quality. In the meanwhile, StarRides unites a top domestic "Service Design & Innovation Firm" CBi China Bridge, reviewing every step and detail during customer’s journey under the guidance of professional theories of service design, and drew a complete service map in different scenarios, which helped StarRides to find opportunities to improve its service. In addition, StarRides held nearly 10 activities include workshops, high-end salons and quality-life tastings in different cities, communicating with users face-to-face and listening to users’ voice, to make the perfect service experience possible. StarRides courteously receives each user with services that beyond expectation, and makes every journey full of happiness.
Project Achievements
Relying on the extraordinary service quality, StarRides has successively won many valuable awards, including the “2020 Outstanding Business” and “2021 Partner of the Year” by Fliggy, the “2020 Quality Travel Platform” by Southern Metropolis Daily, the “2021 Better Life Chinese Consumer Brands List” by National Business Daily, and "the 10 Most Valuable National Tides" by the 2nd Whale Tide Award, etc, taking the lead of premium mobility services by conspicuous performance. Besides, StarRides provided services for a series of top summits include the 2019 World Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Convention, the German pavilion of the Third China International Import Expo in 2020, the 2020 World Internet Conference in Wuzhen, the 14th National Games of the People's Republic of China, Fortune Global 500 Summit, and has become the standard travel service provider for global summits. At the same time, it successively won Weshare’s “the best-quality car service provider", the ”2020 Award Star—the Most Trustworthy Service Provider" by the 13th China Meetings Industry Convention, the "2020 China's Best Luxury Travel Brand" by National Tourism Industry, and other authoritative awards in the industry.
