基于水晶二代平台进行设计,共用水晶二代箱体,在产品的使用性上要求更加人性化,易于操作,设计风格与C5复式风格保持一致,产品操控体验上追求更加人性化、智能化;同时考虑产品的系列化,需具备外观下延的可能性。

这个项目着重在用户痛点、人机交互、外观设计及用户体验等方面进行了深入地思考,只为为用户带来全新、智能、便捷的使用体验。在内筒设计上做了大胆尝试及改进,采用大筒径设计满足用户对大容量的功能需求,智能投放系统解决了用户每投放洗衣液的高频率的烦恼;在控制板设计上,做了大倾角的改进方案,解决了用户站立操作,使操作体验更加舒适,上移的内筒使用户拿取衣服更加方便;在外观设计上更加简洁纯粹,通过对视窗细节的设计使产品更具时尚感及品质感。
商业表现
该项目在发布后的三个月内,在市场销量、传播价值及品牌知名度方面取得了骄人的成绩。市场效果反响良好,通过消费者的口口相传,市场销量取得了爆炸式增长,良好的产品使用体验给消费者留下了深刻印象,很好的提高了品牌知名度。

团队组织
这个项目一共有12位全职成员参与,他们分别负责产品的外观设计、结构设计、产品策划及市场策划工作;公司内部负责外观设计的部门在项目初期,概念的产出、方案的推敲、产品的外观把控、推动产品转化阶段给予了专业的意见及制作模型验证的帮助;外部的具有代表性的潜在用户群也在项目印证阶段介入,担任了验证官的角色。
流程方法
这个项目之所以能够达到/超越预期的目标,是因为流程中我们在流程管理、工具方法创新、执行力等方面做了大胆创新。1.在流程管理方面,我们通过以点带面,面面俱到的形式,把各个部门团结一致,共克难题;2.在产品设计初期采用大胆假设、大胆验证的方式,保持产品创新的同时,做到用户满意;3.在执行力方面做到了不耽误、不拖延、不逃避,大大缩短了产品的设计及开发周期。
项目投入
该项目从立项到设计交付,花费了1年时间。
达成情况
1.做这个项目的初心是产出一款具有绝对行业竞争力的洗衣机外观产品,尤其是在产品的用户体验上要给用户带来前所未有的良好体验。在所有设计人员不忘初心、始终如一的坚持下,最终的结果在外观设计上及产品体验上都取得了满意的结果,尤其在显示屏操作体验上及分配器的使用体验方面取得了出乎预料的表现。 2.这个项目是为了遵循公司打造极致产品、营造极致体验的大战略,最终对于这个战略的推动意义是奠定了新的标准,为战略的横向展开拉开了序幕。
Project Description
Share the cabinet with the primary platform the Crystal II, but more intelligent, use-friendly and operate easily. Also, the future seriation is allowed by the current exterior design.
User Value
Thorough thought has been given to the pain points, UI, UX and exterior design, aiming to create a whole new, intelligent and simple using experience. The upward moved inner cylinder makes clothes easily to be taken out, and the one also with a large diameter realises the large capacity. The intelligent dispenser solves the high frequence of adding detergent, and the control panel with a hign inclination angle ensures easy operation. The pure exterior and the details of window highlight the characteristics of fashion and quality.
Business Performance
During the three months after launch, pound achievements had obtained in market, advertising value and brand popularity. The surged sales and the enhanced brand awereness were totally contribution of users' self-conscious promotion.
Social Impact
Avoiding to be a inflexible machine, the design improves the intelligence and UX.
Team Structure
The team consistes of 12 members charging of exterior design, enigeering, product planning and market planning. The success also thank to the assistance of POC from the other interior department and their suggestions given in the beggining of project on the conceptual mordification, design review and feasibility discussion. Additionally, the participation of representative customers in the verification.
Flow
The achievements come from the collaberation, bold assumption and verification, and the strict schedule execution in process management, methods and operation.
Project Investment
The project took one year.
Project Achievements
1. The target of designing an exterior with absolute competitive davantanges has been realised. Additionally, the design of screen operation and dispenser is beyond expectations. 2. The project has built a new bench in the company's strategic endeavour of creating excellent product and experience.
