"海尔馨厨智能冰箱为满足用户的需求,以快乐厨房为概念,为高端用户实现全新快乐,智慧的厨房体验价值。 此项目着重在冰箱体验上进行深入思考,冰箱创新配备 21.5 寸高清屏幕,具备Wi-Fi智慧物联,用户可以通过高清摄像头查看冰箱内部食材情况,拥有独特的食材管理技术,首次通过第三方资源,为用户提供一站式购买服务,保证食材新鲜的尝试。海尔馨厨智能冰箱还能依据食材及家庭菜谱记录下食材消耗数据、饮食习惯数据等,通过分析,向用户推荐食谱等,为用户打造完整的美食生态闭环,还可通过自主独有馨厨电台提供海量菜谱,学习烹饪,外置摄像头可以在社交圈跟朋友视频交流及分享美食,此外还具有影音娱乐功能。 满足快乐厨房概念。当用户靠近冰箱,人感功能使触摸开门按钮及屏幕自动亮起,给用户以情感上交互功能,外观采用高端极致 KMI 拉丝工艺,门中门的设计为用户提供更便捷的取物方式,同时还能减少冷气的流失,冰箱内部 658L 超大空间通过精细的空间格局设计实现食物的干湿分离存储, 26 档温度 100L的变温空间,满足用户对食物极致储鲜的需求。"

团队组织
"以多次获得国际大奖及多年冰箱设计经验的设计师为主成立专门 设计团队。历时两年完成海尔馨厨高端智能冰箱设计。其中ID设计师肖宇龙,张丽美,李霞3位负责整个设计,蒋春晖负责项目进度把控,担任项目总监的角色,内部CMF团队提供关于色彩材料方面的建议,郭专家给予整个项目的ID指导及最终效果的把控。"
流程方法
整个项目ID联合CMF全程采用并联形式,ID,CMF团队通过海尔迭代式项目管理平台相互协助相互推进,为后期整个项目进度推进及效果把控打下基础。最终实现最佳用户使用体验及最佳用户视觉体验的目标

该项目从立项到最终设计花费一年的时间,项目为保证用户体验,在初级阶段市场及用户调研,初期草模,中期精细化模型验证花费50万左右.

Project Description
After nearly two years of high-end market research and high-end user interviews, we found that most high-end users feel boring in kitchen, and the boring kitchen environment reduces their happiness.In order to meet the needs of users,Haier Xinchu Smart Refrigerator propose a concept of happy kitchen. It aims to provide a brandnew happy and intelligent kitchen experience for high-end users.Xinchu refrigerator combines numerous hardware and internet companies in order to build Haier Smart Kitchen. it foreshdow that Haier will build a new family interconnection ecological circle.
User Value
Haier Xinchu Smart refrigerator is to meet the needs of users, with the concept of happy kitchen, to realize the new happiness for high-end users, and to bring the value of the wisdom kitchen experience. This project focuses on deep thinking on the refrigerator experience, equipped with 21.5 -inch high-definition screen, wi-fi IOT, the user can check internal ingredients through the high ddefinition camera. With unique ingredients management technology and third party cooperation, Xinchu refrigerator first try to provide users with one-stop purchasing service, ensure the freshness of ingredients.The refrigerator can also record food consumption data, eating habits, etc.according to the food and family recipes. After analysis these data, users will get recipes, etc. recommendation from Xinchu. That means Xinchu will provide users a complete food related ecological circle. Users could find amounts recipes from Xinchu independent cooking program and share gourmet food with friend through external camera. One more it also includes video and entertainment functions to satisfy the concept of happy kitchen. When user walks closely to the refrigerator, the touch-open and screen will light up automatically thanks to human sensor feature. It provides user emotional interaction. The refrigerator adopts high-end KMI brush techniques. The door-in-door design provides more convenient access process for users and also reduces cool air lost. The 658L extra-large space is designed to realize the dry and wet separated storage of food through elaborate internal layout organization. There is 100L temperature - variable space with 26 grades temperature to satisfy users’ extreme freshness requirement.
Business Performance
Haier smart fridge was officially launched at Shanghai AWE in March of 2017. It had won the first market share, first sales revenue and profitability in the range of 25000 RMB to 30000RMB within 6 months. It increase sales quota of Haier brand market. As one of flagship product in smart refrigerator catalog, it helps to promote Haier brand communication and Haier brand value.

Team Structure
With many international awards and many years of experience in refrigerator design, the designer has established a special design team. The costed two years to complete the design of high-end intelligent refrigerator. The three ID designers XiaoYuLong, Zhang Limei, lixia were in charge of the whole design. Jiang Chunhui was responsible for the project schedule control, playing the role as project director. The internal CMF team provided advice on color and material. Expert Guo guided the project ID and the final effect.
Flow
ID and CMF teams cooperation with each other and advance in parallel by haier project management platform to promote the whole project, to ensure the project progress and quality.At last the goal of best user experience and best user visual experience is achieved.
Project Investment
The project lasted for one year. To ensure user experience, the expense spent on market research, prototype making and refinement modeling validation was around 500 thousands yuan.
