作品简述
四达时代软件技术股份有限公司总部基地项目本项目位于北京亦庄经济开发区内。总平面布局由4栋办公楼、一栋宿舍楼和一座传统中式四合院围合而成。 规划充分体现中式院落格局,主入口设置标识性大门。进入主庭院,正面为五层高办公主楼,为整个基地的核心建筑。主庭院南侧及东沿基地外缘布置3栋四层高办公楼。主楼作为园区的中心通过3条连廊与另外3栋办公楼相连接。主庭院向西掩映在园林树阵之中的是一座单层传统中式四合院,用于接待外国高层领导及高级别客户。四合院继续向西穿过另一片树阵为六层高员工宿舍,作为整个园区西侧的屏障营造出独立于办公区的生活区。4栋办公楼的地下部分围成富有节奏变化的第二层次下沉庭院。 外立面设计采用外实内透的处理手法,即在沿基地周边外立面采用浅灰色花岗岩为主,呈现出简洁而庄重的立面意向,很好的体现出四达时代务实稳健的企业风格。朝向主庭院的各个楼的立面均采用竖明横隐玻璃幕墙体系,增强了内庭院的围合感和景观上的通透性,与外立面形成了鲜明的对比。 园林景观设计方面运用中式园林的对景、框景、移步换景的手法,并结合树阵及树列等形式,点线面相结合组织不同主题的园林空间,营造健康舒适生态的工作环境。 室内设计延续立面设计的元素,风格明快,简洁而优雅,同时注重对材料品质的选择,愈发契合四达时代务实稳健的企业风格。

Project Description
Startimes is located in Beijing Yizhuang economic development zone. The master plan comprises of four administrative buildings, one dormitory block and one traditional Chinese courtyard house. Arranged strategically in relation to the main entrance plaza, the 4 administrative buildings are linked by three sky bridges, forming the symbolic research nexus of the development. To the west of the plaza sits a Chinese courtyard house that receives foreign dignitaries and functions as an exquisite architectural showpiece. The dormitory block and the outdoor recreation area form a more informal environment on the western edge. The buildings are connected below grade by an extensive corridor system that opens up views to the various sunken gardens. The landscape master plan is conceived as a series of sequential experience that demarcates the various zones, at the same time creating a lush and cohesive green milieu. The interior design of the whole complex follows the same language as the exterior façade. Elegance in design and simplicity in choice of quality materials, the interior environment reflects the sophistication befitting Si Da business culture.
