Wrinkled clothing may seem like a small inconvenience in everyday life, yet the traditional ironing experience is often unnecessarily tiring. The need to coordinate both hands — one holding the steamer while the other repeatedly smooths the fabric — adds complexity to what should be a simple task.Driven by a deep understanding of this pain point, we introduced high-speed suction technology into this handheld garment steamer, redefining the garment care experience. By generating active suction between the garment and the ironing surface, the product enables a more effortless and efficient one-handed steaming process.At the manufacturing level, the project also adopts a strategy of maximizing mold sharing between the handheld steam head used in the steam station and the standalone handheld garment steamer. This significantly reduces production costs while improving manufacturing efficiency.
