In the retail industry, consumers are looking for more personalized and intelligent service experiences. To meet this demand, we have developed the Integrated Retail Intelligence Agent to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer service and address potential issues consumers may encounter during their shopping journey.

The Integrated Retail Intelligence Agent serves Lenovo's target consumers, loyal fans, and members by providing the following values: Intelligent Q&A: 24/7 intelligent identification of customer needs with product, brand, and service knowledge Q&A services. Intelligent Recommendations: Personalized product recommendations based on AI semantic understanding to boost sales conversion. Membership Benefits Inquiry: Post-login access to membership identification, level inquiry, coupon checks, etc., for easy enjoyment of benefits. Intelligent Basic Services: One-stop services including store inquiries, warranty information, service appointments, etc.
