“Food is the fundamental of the people, oil is the essential of the food”, the first process of cooking cuisine is pouring oil, “Auto Flip Oil Dispenser Bottle” aims to solve the pain point of simplify pouring oil process during cooking. It applied the technology of gravity induction to realize automatic cap. its handle is grasped easily and non-slip, makes easy to pour oil. The bottle possess a exclusive “back flow hole” inside, it can realize rapid ventilation in the process of oil pouring, so that the oil does not block the outlet. It also makes the oil back flow into the bottle when the oil spills outside. The bottle is well sealed and detachable, the big diameter glass body makes it is easy to clean inner part. The appearance of this product is neat, minimalism, splendid, which is deeply like by consumers.

For fitting the lifestyle of the young generation and the trends of contemporary lifestyle, we modify the shape of handle/cap and the diameter of glass bottle. The materials of package and glass bottle are certified and recyclable. We focus on user’s demands which they meet in life, satisfying their pursuit for high-aesthetic and high-quality substances

The project took 8 months from concept design to prototype, then to trial production and launch to market finally. There are more than 10 team members from cross-functional department participated in the project. The team start from product research, and passed design brainstorming, product definition, industrial design, mechanical design and strict prototype test before mass production. The team integrate supply chain resource efficiently to ensure the produce smoothly and the quality steadily.

This product developed followed by advanced NPD process. Firstly, we conducted research base on the domestic market, through requirement analysis of consumer to define product functions and direction of design. Secondly, the product committee reviewed the whole product appearance and functions after the design finished and choose the best scenario. Thirdly, our project team conducted many tests and revise the product to ensure our product achieves best experience. Lastly, the product introduced to the operation and sales team before launch, they prepared materials for launch to the market after fully understand the product.

Project period is 8 months from kick-off to launch. Our company policy is not disclosing the cost.
