The independent three-storey triplex apartment is located in the suburb area of Sai Kung, enjoying the spectacular view of the Clear Water Bay Road and the Mount Pavilia Sculpture Park with hues of green. The show flat is comprised of three floors with a rooftop open area. The total area is approximately 2500 square feet. The overall tone of the triplex is more of a Korean preference in which a calm and subtle tone of wooden beige is used in different shades of brown. From tortilla to umber, the designer creates a harmony by applying the browns on every corner of the apartment such as the wooden floor, doors, curtains, dining table, kitchen floor cabinets, etc. that certainly gives a feeling of sophistication and a serenity aura. The three floors are connected with a straight flighted stairways that comes with simple design of handrails and balusters. Still the design differs in floors. For example on the 1st floor, the stairway is decored in sleek dark brown metal balustrade to add a modern feeling in the living and dining floor while the 2nd and 3rd floor changes to clear glass for a simplicity in the more private area. While the designer combines the aesthetics differences of both culture, luxury is the common language when it comes to residence design. The designer has carefully chosen delicate art-pieces and furniture from worldwide for the apartment. Most lavish design furniture are picked for an artistic accent in the room. For instance, the renowned Oria d'Hermes low armchair in oak with taurillon backrest in chestnut or fawn; a dining table originated from Korea has a tabletop which is made of two kinds of fine-crafted Italian wood veneer and with also different patterns to match with the brass metal lines attached on the sides; in the bedroom area, a Backstage wardrobe from the famous B&B Italia with boiserie effect of surface and cherrywood backboard is installed which is upholstered in genuine leather with exquisite craftsmanship details.

The concept of wellness and healthy lifestyle is another highlight of the show flat. Five elements are emphasized in the show flat: clean air, purified water, healthy eating, sustainability and meditation. An air purifier is installed to ensure every breath the resident takes are clean comparing that of outdoor. Filter is installed in the kitchen also to make sure a clean source of water when the resident drinks or cooks. There is also an urban farming setting on the rooftop where one could practice their own organic farming. For the element of sustainability, Ion Paint is used both on walls and ceilings for it can generate negative ions in the area instead of harmful chemicals to be found in normal paints; raw materials and furnishings are imported from sustainable resources with authentic EU regulations. A meditation room is specially separated in the master bedroom to allow a warm, tranquil and private time of one who needs to sharpen his/her mental focus or simply a pure relaxation.
