常压室温等离子体(ARTP)同传统的低气压气体放电等离子体源相比,具有等离子体射流温度低、放电均匀、化学活性粒子浓度高等特点,基于ARTP技术,我公司联合清华大学化学工程系和工程物理系共同开发了世界上首台利用等离子体的手段对微生物进行诱变育种的专用仪器--ARTP诱变育种仪。
用户价值
操作空间大,单次处理量大,处理强度高,满足诱变处理植物的需求;采用两维样品移动载台,可实现样品的连续处理,提高工作效率;等离子体射流温度≤37℃(间歇操作可低于20℃);按照处理强度分为高中低三档,客户可根据实际需求自行设置。

植物进化非常缓慢,单个基因突变仅发生在十万分之一到百万分之一。如何提高植物的突变率,获得可遗传的优良生物学性状,一直受到植物育种学者高度关注。本研发团队继应用于微生物的ARTP诱变育种仪之后,与清华大学合作,成功研制出应用于植物诱变育种的ARTP-P型。该型号不但继承了ARTP原有的优点,且操作空间更大,作用强度更高,还针对不同植物的诱变对象如种子、愈伤组织、胚芽、花粉等的不同特点,进行结构优化,使操作更简便,应用范围更广,效果更佳,能够满足不同品种的选育需求。

流程方法
与企业工程师合作共同解决造型与结构的协调统一问题,方案以全封闭式为出发点,整体简约精致,有时尚气息,产品主色调为黑白配,富有医疗感同时又能很好的与其他产品形成家族化。侧面机器内部的冷却水循环机采用滑轨抽拉式,从右侧抽出解决结构难点和操作的便捷性。
