微生物微滴恒化器是基于微流控技术与自动化控制而设计的智能化、信息化的高通量微生物培养仪器。每块芯片的通量为200个微滴,每个微滴的体积为2ul左右; 实时在线检测微生物的生长(OD值); 自动更换培养基,完成继代培养,可连续培养20天。自定程序能定时定量更换新鲜培养基、添加化学因子;可根据生长状况(OD值)进行菌株筛选。

流程方法
与企业工程师合作共同解决造型与结构的协调统一问题,方案以极简的几何元素通过堆叠穿插进行设计,整体过渡柔和自然,造型美观大气。产品右侧门体为下翻式。左侧透明视窗,方便观察内部表盘情况,与产品外轮廓特征匹配。把产品外接电源、USB、开关等功能整合到一起,方便操作的同时产品的整体感也会更好。

Project Description
Micro-droplet is a kind of intelligent and informationized high-throughput microbial culture instrument designed based on microfluidic control technology and automation control. The flux of each chip is 200 microdroplets, each of which is about 2ul. Real-time on-line detection of microbial growth (OD value); Automatic change medium, complete the secondary culture, can be cultivated for 20 days continuously. The self-determination procedure can change the fresh culture medium and add the chemical factor regularly. The strain can be screened according to the growth status (OD value).
