This project involved the design of Taihe’s intelligent fluorescence analyzers and benchtop analyzers. Focusing on laboratory testing, industrial testing, and specialized analytical applications, the project successfully upgraded the product family from floor-standing to benchtop models. The design incorporated systematic optimizations to the equipment’s appearance, user interface, structural layout, operating procedures, and brand identity. The products feature a sealed testing chamber, a transparent protective cover, an integrated touchscreen, a human-machine interface panel, status indicator lights, an emergency stop button, a heat dissipation structure, and a modular chassis design, striking a balance between professionalism, safety, and ease of use. The floor-standing models are suitable for high-throughput, continuous testing scenarios, while the desktop models are designed for laboratories, testing institutions, and small-to-medium-sized applications, creating a product portfolio that caters to diverse spatial requirements and testing needs.
