Having borrowed the architectural essence and techniques of the Song Dynasty, Yuzhihe Executive Desk Series aims to make vivid representation of the “harmony” exclusive to Chinese philosophy by using modern design elements. Inspired by Moni Hall of the Song Dynasty, the Virtue of Leadership series make a breakthrough to conventional design style and have borrowed the aesthetics of Song Dynasty buildings. The upper layer is designed in the shape of overhanging eaves and the lower layer of bracketed arch, with upwarping overhanging eaves on both ends. It looks impressive and fluid. The bilateral cabinets borrow the design style of the pediment structures, implying great courtesy for distinguished guests. To create the hazy-blue-sky effects after the rain, resin glass technology is used in between the 3-millimeter-thick space, which creates the effects and depth unique to ink wash paintings. The series meeting the spatial demands for supervision, meeting and reception. The dark-color series look modest and prudent. And the light-color ones look fluid and graceful. The series come as a unique solution to demands for tasteful and harmonious office space.

Yuzhihe covers a full range of supporting products including desks, cabinets, conference tables, sofas and seating in various sizes, satisfying the demands of three major spaces: executive, conference, and reception. After its release, Yuzhihe became a representative product of the classic style of the Aurora. Within a year, its performance grew rapidly and became a key high-end classic product for Aurora.

There are 4 full-time members involved in this project, each of whom is responsible for research, design, structure; the internal sales department of the company is involved in the research stage of the project to provide help with research direction and inspiration. External cultural relics experts are involved in the development stage of the project, serving as the role of design and color transformation.

The design process of analyzing and creating Shen Dian products involves three key steps. "察" (observe) involves careful observation and understanding of users' expectations, motivations, and potential needs in their work. "析" (analyze) involves organizing and analyzing the findings from user research to identify key insights and opportunities for innovation, and proposing new concepts to address identified problems. "意" (express) involves incorporating Shen Dian's own design DNA, using visual imagery to express creative concepts, and repeatedly evaluating and refining them. "物" (materialize) involves creating rapid prototypes to turn concepts into tangible realities, and selecting the best creative solution through continuous evaluation and improvement. Finally, "品" (productize) involves driving the new concept to become a product and bringing it to market.

The project is positioned as a set of new executive products under the Shakeshake Classic Wind product line, with a Tang Dynasty style. Inspired by the Song Dynasty, Yuzhihe has received very positive market feedback since its launch, laying a leading position for Shakeshake Classic Wind products in the industry.
