愛多紛 Love Dolphin,2018年創立於深圳,致力於為0-6歲的孩子們打造安全、自然、智慧和充滿愛的環境,讓每一個生命得到用心的照料與陪伴;為家庭提供國際化、高品質、可信賴的「日托+早教」服務。 一莊野制,從項目創業初期就參與合作,通過數次的創始人訪談,確定了整個品牌的發展思路,從初期的商業模式梳理、前期品牌調研,到愛多紛的品牌命名確認,再到品牌形象構建及整體品牌傳播。通過2年的品牌全案服務,實現了品牌從0到1的進化。 創立至今,在深圳已擁有4家園區,並開展托育行業培訓、托育產業合作業務,一直致力於成為中國托育行業的領跑品牌。 獲「2020 GEC 全球托幼大會」頒發「中國智慧托育領航品牌」
用户价值
品牌名是品牌資產的核心,不具備有效商業價值的品牌名,設計的越好、引起的關注越高,商標侵權的風險反而越大。所以在品牌戰略初期,好的名字及口號,是開啓了品牌價值增長的第一步。 通過品牌調研發現,國內大部分的早教機構及托育品牌都採用陸地動物作為其形象代表。建立差異化是整個品牌戦略的核心。 新名字「 LOVE DOLPHIN 愛多紛」 :海洋,是孕育生命的地方;海豚,被稱爲「 Homo Delphinus」擁有超高的智慧。我們認爲每一個孩子都如海豚一般擁有智慧的大腦,美妙的語言,獨立的心智,熱愛生活,勇於挑戰。品牌名很好的詮釋了「用愛和尊重,激發每一個幼兒的生命自覺」的教育理念,看到了每一個孩子的獨特,讓每一隻小海豚都能盡情地遨遊於生命的海洋。 新故事「用心陪伴繽紛成長」:用「陪伴」詮釋給予孩子的愛,用「繽紛」表達孩子在這所獲得的知識和特色體驗,用愛營造多彩繽紛的海洋讓海豚有海,孩子有愛多紛。 「愛多紛」品牌建設是全方位、立體的體驗建設:區別於大部分的早教機構,我們站在孩子的角度,納入家人、經營者、教育者等不同人群的全方位考量,從理念到內容、形象到感受,立體構建「愛多紛」的品牌世界。

在品牌傳播上,區別於傳統廣撤網、單向式、銷售向的營銷傳播方式,我們從一開始就選擇了逆向思維聚焦精準用戶增長。以品牌理念爲出發點,創建社群,鎖定超級用戶用品牌力創造更多價值空間。 微信社群:我們將微信公衆號定位爲品牌的虛擬人設在孩子和父母成長體中,成爲值得信賴的夥伴。圍繞品牌核心理念,用內容、活動和體機會滿足不同人群的需求,將注重轉化爲兼具分享和消費的硬核粉絲。 開園活動:線下的沈浸式體瞼讓父母得以走進孩子的世界,讓父母與品牌爲孩子的成長共創環境共同踐行「用愛&尊重喚醒生命自覺」。 社區活動:「夏令營」、「暑期班」、「食光之旅」、「精英父母課堂」,每一次社群活動中的話題和互動都成爲用戶自發分享的內容也讓品牌收獲了衆多野生代言人。 品牌發佈會:通過品牌發布會,建立品牌在業界的聲望,將理念放大,也是品牌承諾踐行的一個表率。 新市場環境下的品牌傳播應焦在「人」的身上。通過社群強用戶忠誠度,通過互動提升用戶精準增長爲品牌創造多價值空間。
社会影响
由於中国早期教育政策的原因、幼小衔接的情況及家庭育儿文化的差異,導致許多國外先進教育體系在落地中國時都不太順利。 愛多紛根據皮克勒及RIE養育法/蒙特梭利教育法/多元智能教育等3大理論,結合中國嬰幼兒的發展特點,形成了融合的創新教育理念,在這個過程中,我們通過梳理,將教育理念可視化及數字化,更直觀的讓家長們理解,從而推動兒童教育整體水平的發展。

愛多紛是一個完整的0-1品牌孵化整合項目。 從品牌戰略切入鎖定差異化定位,梳理品牌靈魂核心,用以指導對內對外的理念指導書, 在確定品牌戰略之後,執行全方位的品牌建設,從核心形象到教學主題、社區活動,均遵照在品牌戰略中確定的核心標準和理念,為最終品牌傳播階段,殺入市場競爭時奠定夯實基礎。

love dolphin,fouded in SHENZHEN in 2018,We provide children with care and accompany just like their mothers, look after the development and pullulation of every little kid with patience and meticulosity; We promise to provide children with an international, high-quality, reliable nursery and early education service; Let each single one LOVE DOLPHIN member become healthy, independent and promising, try to accomplish the comprehensive growth of children in a safe, natural, wise and full of love environment. bewild creations has participated in the cooperation since the beginning of the project. Through several interviews with the founders, the development ideas of the whole brand have been determined, from the combing of the business model in the early stage, the brand research in the early stage, to the confirmation of The brand name, and then to the construction of the brand image and the overall brand communication. Through 2 years of full brand service, the evolution of the brand from zero to 1 has been realized. Since its establishment, it has owned 4 kindergarten in SHENZHEN, and carried out training and cooperation business in the childcare industry. It has been committed to becoming the leading brand in the childcare industry in China. Awarded "China's Leading Brand of Intelligent Childcare" by "2020 GEC Global Childcare Conference"
User Value
Brand name is the core of brand equity. If a brand name does not have effective commercial value, the better the design and the higher the attention, the greater the risk of trademark infringement. Therefore, in the early stage of brand strategy, a good name and slogan is the first step to start the growth of brand value. Through brand research, it is found that most of the early education institutions and childcare brands in China adopt land animals as their image representatives. Differentiation is the core of the brand strategy. The Ocean is the place where life begins; The dolphins are known as intelligent creatures—often thought to be second only to humans in the world. LOVE DOLPHIN believes that every child is like a dolphin with intelligent brain, wonderful language, independent mind, loving life and enjoying challenge. We create colorful ocean with love, let children have LOVE DOLPHIN as dolphin has ocean. Together with parents, LOVE DOLPHIN will stimulate the conscious of life of each child with love and respect, and let each "baby dolphin" enjoy roaming in the sea of life. New story "with the heart to accompany the growth of profusion" : with "accompany" to explain the love given to children, with "profusion" to express the children in this knowledge and characteristic experience, with love to create a colorful ocean so that dolphins have the sea, children have love. Wechat community: As our virtual presence in digital world, we’ve positioned our brand role to be a trustworthy companion to parents & children. Through content, activities and experiences to cater different needs, converting consumers into our hardcore fans. Open-day activities: Immersive open-day activities allow parents to be part of children’s daily life at school, living brand philosophy together for children growth empowerment. Community activities: summer campus / summer school / food trip / parent class etc., with sharable contents, brand activities that embody brand experiences naturally transfer users to becomes brand ambassadors. Brand Launch: A open claim in the market to fulfill a brand promise to setup brand authority.
Social Impact
Due to the differences in early childhood education policy, transformation between kindergarten and primary school, as well as domestic culture background, many advanced education system has encountered localization difficulties. With LoveDolphin’s innovative education philosophy, combining international system with considerations towards different age group and local cultural dynamics, we’ve streamlined, re-organized and visualized its content for a simpler and better understanding among parents, and most importantly, empowering the development of early childhood education category.

As a typical case of startup brand from zero to 1. We’ve entered with the priority to define at strategic level to lock its USP at both business & brand level. Defining a brand guide to cover both internal product/ experience design to external communications. With this guide, we’ve fully fleshed out brand eco-system design echoing our central belief, from education themes to community activities, we’ve developed a solid foundation for the brand to compete in the market. Most importantly, throughout the process, we’ve highly considered the style of its founder, combining personal and brand DNA to a integrated presentation to consumers.
