这款产品最大的特点就是配备先进的智能系统---安极芯,全程安全看护系统。智能硬件嵌入APP实现座椅与移动端在线交互,能指引正确安装座椅、安装检测、安全预警和检测车内环境等,用高科技保证安全与舒适。
本产品内置可伸缩调节的ISOFIX系统,并且带二道锁、防回缩;椅背倾角可调节:正向3档,反向1档;头枕无极调节,安全带高度与头枕一体调节;车载安全带固定座椅时有夹紧功能;抗翻转装置;防紫外线头棚;椅背侧边金属质感,座椅颜值高。

团队组织
整个项目从立项到量产,参与部门众多,前期主要有品牌、销售、设计、工程等部门,后期质量、制造、供应商等都加入了项目的研发生产验证工作,总共参与人数约有100人之多,品牌、销售主要负责项目的立项,功能和外观的确定,设计主要负责项目外观、结构等的设计工作,工程主要负责项目的开发工作,质量、制造、供应商负责项目的试验、试量产等工作。各个部门之间既有分工,更有合作,使得座椅能够按时保质保量的完成。
流程方法
整个项目研发过程中,为了加快进度,保证功能及稳定性,我们做了如下改变:
1.外观设计前期,为了加强与品牌和销售的沟通,设计师跨部门合作,深入到品牌部和销售部现场设计,通过ID设计---当面评审---现场修改的循环操作大大加快了项目的进度和质量
2.我们在设计阶段引进了CAE分析,在项目的前期就通过CAE分析对项目的各种测试状态进行模拟,优化,使得项目在设计阶段接近最优设计,减少后续的更改时间
3.后期管控方面,我们大量设计了工装夹具、检具,保证效率及质量。
达成情况
本项目的成功研发标志着公司智能时代的开始,公司未来将以R105A项目为起点,全力开发带智能功能的安全座椅。
本项目目前销售效果良好,量产正在持续进行中,消费者普遍反应智能功能很实用,座椅的安装非常方便。

Project Description
"Baby First Wizard R105A" is a smart child safety seat that meets the latest GB27887 and ECE R44 double standards and is suitable for use from birth to 6 years old. Separate seat for both forward and reverse install, ISOFIX and car seat belt system applicable for all models.
The biggest feature of this product is equipped with advanced smart system--- HugginGo, full safety care system, the smart component embedded APP to realize online interaction between the seat and the mobile terminal, which can guide the correct installation of the seat, installation detection, safety warning and detection for car interior environment, etc. Ensure the safety and comfort with high technology.
R105A embedded a telescopically adjustable ISOFIX system, also with double lock and anti-retraction; the seat angle also can be adjusted: 3 gears forward and 1 gear reverse;
Headrests and seat belt heights can be linked to stepless adjustments;
The car seat belt has a clamping function when fixing the seat; it also has anti-rolling device; anti-UV head canopy.
The metal texture on the side also make the seat have a higher attractiveness.

In most countries, the child safety seat is a mandatory product, which can greatly reduce the damage caused by traffic accidents in children. Team Structure
The whole project has a large number of participating departments from project establishment to mass production. In the early stage, there were mainly brands, sales, design, engineering. Later quality, manufacturing, and suppliers all joined the R&D and production verification of the project. The total number of participants was about 100. Flow
In order to speed up the progress, ensure the function and stability during the whole project development process, we made the following changes:
1.In the early stage of design, in order to strengthen the communication with the brand and sales, the designers cooperated across departments and went deep into the brand and sales department to get more ideas. Face-to-face review, modify on-site accelerated,it greatly accelerated the progress and quality of the project.
2. We introduced CAE analysis in the design stage. In the early stage of the project, we simulated and optimized the various test states of the project through CAE analysis, which made the project close to the optimal design in the design stage and reduced the subsequent change time.
3. In terms of post-management control, we have designed a large number of fixtures and inspection tools to ensure efficiency and quality.
