团队组织
锐志办公桌系列的开发历时三个半月,由设计公司、家具企业及OEM供应商三方联合推进:设计公司负责产品的市场调研企划,外观设计,结构设计,空间规划及销售培训;家具企业负责提供市场资讯,搜寻客户需求及组织标准化生产;OEM供应商主要提供产品的模具、制样及材料研究。同时得到中国美术学院等院校学生的参与调研研究目标客户的审美研究。
