团队组织
项目团队由全职能的CROSS FUNCTION组成,包括项目管理、市场部的产品经理、认证工程师、实验室产品测试工程师、HUE (Honeywell User Experience)团队的用户体验工程师, 工业设计师和工效学设计师、研发团队的结构工程师和产品设计师、模具工程师、采购等共23位全职员工。

User Value

Team Structure
The project team consists of full-featured CROSS FUNCTION, including product management, marketing product manager, certification engineer, laboratory product test engineer, user experience director of HUE (Honeywell User Experience) team, industrial designer and ergonomic designer, R & D team of structural engineers and product designers, mold engineers, procurement and other 23 full-time employees.
Flow
We took Honeywell User Experience (HUE) and New Product Development (NPI) Process, and follow Honeywell BCC (become Chinese competitor) principle, smartly customize and lean development process, to achieve rapid development of products for Chinese workers in local. Honeywell user experience is one of our key process initiatives that help us best understand the needs of our customers and design intuitive, desirable, differentiated and value-add products and services that meet those needs. In this project, we specially did well and creatively in ease of use evaluation, rapid prototyping and touch point design. 1. Marketing research and user research: On the one hand, by interviewing iron and steel plant, coal mine, carmakers and other different industries, understand china market demand for industrial half-face mask, using scenario, daily usage habits and pain points. On the other hand, competitive analysis current products in market. 2. Ergonomic design: The design is based on a large number of measurements data and facial features analysis of Chinese workers, combine daily usage habits and using scenario. For example, use different colors to distinguish two sides, the intuitive bright red color bayonet on holder, foldable head harness. 3. Rapid prototyping: In the process of product development, we acquired the mockup through 3D printing, silicone mockup, small-batch production of soft tooling. Then repeated evaluation and verification. In this way, we greatly reduced the time of developing and saving the cost of mold modification at the same time. 4. Touch Point design: by analyzing the customer journey and touch points of the journey. We tried our my best to design the touch points to maximize the usability as well. For example, the intuitive and graphical user guide. In this project, we strive to maximize cost reduction, the ease of use through good design. Project Investment
The project started at 2016 and completed the design delivery in April 2017. Project investment funds more than 350w, including the human resources, ergonomic measurement, field study, mold and so on.
Project Achievements
7200 series are the first reusable half face respirators against airborne contaminants, which fill the product portfolio gap, making the company's offering of industrial safety products more complete.
