ZWP STUDIO lies in Chaoyang district of Beijing which can accommodate over 100 people. As an office always engaged in commercial design solutions over the last fifteen years, ZWP STUDIO hopes that the new studio can utilize the diverse contemporary materials and modern construction to create a distinctive space, and create a design innovation laboratory with vitality, artistic and commercial.

The open office area In addition to designer cluster arranged in groups of six, there is a workshop space in the middle which is used for different ways to collaborate. A design sharing forum called creative farm the multifunction forum space is specially set up. The space hosts numerous creative showcases and visual journeys to the design of different cities and countries. It is a public place for thought collaboration and interaction in the office. It can be used as the open tea space for communication and informal reception. The easy and open atmosphere has become a favorite common space for daily release and recreation of the designers.

The office looks full of vitality, especially with the atmosphere of commerce and art integrated. We use light and color, plain but fine, multi or unity material and technique to create special space. This is the design laboratory created by ourselves with much enlightening.

There are convenient traffic, cozy environment and advanced facilities in the office which supplies efficiency and convenience to designer and visitors even from different cities and countries. The office is nearby subway line 4. That decreases the terrible traffic trouble for staff in Beijing.

The office takes the consideration of multination. Staff could choose to seat or stand sometimes when working. There are also leisure zone, open workshop zone, water bar and lecture room. High space utilization and considerate work experience.

At the beginning of the new workplace design, the design team adopted three keywords of the studio of "art, business and innovation" as the design principles of new space. The project achieves over the expectation. This is closely related with the design philosophy of commerce and art integrated, create commercial buildings with infinite possibilities.
