团队组织
项目一共有超过30位的全职成员参与。是一个以消费者为中心的产品。也是公牛品牌首次把数码产品理念引入传统插座行业的第一款产品,整个集团从资源和人力上给予了巨大的支持。首次由数码产品开发经验的工程师执行传统插座的开发。
流程方法
整个项目始终贯穿的一个理念就是“以消费者为中心做好产品”!引入了“场景论”研究方法,明确使用场景和目标人群,前期完成了全行业第一份客厅取电情况调研报告。为后期的尺寸确定,形态确定奠定了数据支持。通过CDOC的用户研究方法确定了用户痛点和产品的概念点。然后交由多次获得IF和红点奖的设计师承担设计任务。设计师要一直跟进到产品上市,以保证设计细节可以落实到量产产品上。
项目投入
该项目从立项到设计交付,花费了6个月的时间。项目投入费用100万,主要花费在高规格检验室和攻克金属件加工难度上。

Team Structure
