本无人飞行器弹射系统采用一系列完全自主创新技术,包括无管道供气机构,中心气道分列布局,直喷式双向控制,数字电路测控,数字化参数装定,网络化数据传送,数字化安全闭锁等,系统运行安全可靠,动力强劲,操作维护简便,使用成本低廉。独特的气动复位机构有效控制了压缩气体的过度损耗,弹射间隔时间可缩短至5分钟之内。系统高度集成,除气源之外,可免于外接附加电源、线路和设施,适合各种气候及环境使用,单人即可独立操作。气动弹射技术避免了传统无人飞行器的发射方所式存在诸多缺陷,如:火箭助推方式的尾焰红外暴露;电磁弹射的高昂造价及复杂外设等。本系统使用价格低廉的压缩气体,无声、无光、无尾焰,具有极高的安全性、技术性和经济性。6米长的滑道可将150kg级的无人机加速到30m/s的脱离速度,每次发射成本仅为几分钱。本系统可以拖带或车载,对作业场地、环境的要求不高,可实现随时随地作业,具有极高的机动性和实用性。
Project Description
This ejection system for unmanned aerial vehicles utilizes self-independent technology which include the air supply system with no pipelines, central air passages in different locations, direct injection with bilateral controls, measurement and control with digital circuits, digital parameter setting, networked information transmission and digital safety blocking system. It features stable and safe operations, strong power, easy maintenance as well as low using costs. The pneumatic restoration design keeps the loss of compressed air at a low level, bringing the intervals of every two ejections down to less than 5 minutes. The system is highly integrated and is able to operate with no extra power supply, wires and equipment. It means that this system is operable under all conditions with simply one man operation. Gas-powered catapult steers clear of most of the defects experienced by its regular counterparts like infrared exposure of wake flames during rocket assisted ejection as well as the formidable costs and complex peripherals of electromagnetic launch. The system uses cheap compressed air, generating no sound, light and wake flame and thus is highly safe, technological and economic. The six-meter release slip accelerates a drone up to 150kg to a release speed of 30m/s with each release costing only several cents. With high mobility and practicality, this ejection system can be towed or mounted onto a vehicle and doesn't require much of operation sites and environments.
