This system is driven by motors whose speed is controlled by frequency converters. Its adjustable properties make it meet the requirements of yarn spinning technology. Among others, this system include transmission gear boxes, frequency changers, energy-saving motors, motor cabinets, synchronous pulley and synchronous belts. It steers clear of the traditional mechanical drive and uses an individual motor to power the system and thus makes its speed adjustable. It makes management of workshop appliances and operations much easier and more efficient. The traditional way of adjusting the speed of cover plates by replacing wheels manually requires motor human work and time and is prone to mistakes and wastage. But now, we only need to push the button on the control system so that frequency converters adjust the speed of the cover plates. It's much easier and more efficient. Beyond that, wheels don't need to be replaced, avoiding wasting materials. Safety problems that come with the previous method featuring cover plates driven by cylinders are also addressed which otherwise leads to accidents from operation misses. It's also more beautiful and elegant than its previous counterparts.

Since its installation in the FA227 carding machine, our products have gained appraises and recognition from customers and have registered strong sales ever since with annual growth.

Nearly 300 pieces of the equipment have been sold in 2016 alone, generating close to RMB 50 million in sales income and is 20% of all products sold. Handsome returns have also fueled brand promotion.

At the moment, more than 90% of the domestic carding machines use cylinders that power cover plates. Gears and wheels need to be replaced in order to adjust the speed of plates. This inefficient procedure requires much more man work and costs of maintenance.
