该项目在定义使用用CDOC的方案,前期做了大量的用户调研的产品分析, 做到了从用户中来到用户中区的流程, 在产品定义后,从用户使用过程中的痛点及用户的需求,在进行技术初步研发,验证,立志一个为女性用户设计的洗衣机,

Project Description
This is a set of washing machines designed to solve the pain points of female consumers. The dander left behind after petting pets, the hardening of clothes caused by water quality, and the adhesion of viruses to clothes can all be solved one by one through the industry's original multi-functional module in our washing machine.
The beautiful UI display and flat operation logic adapt to women’s interaction habits on the interface, making the user experience more pleasant and convenient.
The soft and non-porous drum avoids secondary pollution caused by the backflow of sewage, and minimizes wear and tear, which protects high-end women's fabrics.
The appearance of the slim, integrated washer and dryer set saves home space and is more suitable for home decoration needs.

According to AVC online data, H1 data in 2022 showed that the market of washing machines and clothes dryers was 33.65 billion yuan, with sales volume of 16.163 million units, of which Midea washing and drying accounted for 32%;
According to the shipment quantity statistics, the four models of Midea Genki series have been launched successively since May, and 100,000 units have been shipped, rapidly seizing the share of high-end washing machines;
Social Impact
1. The product is designed with unique washing principle, which adjusts the rhythm of the washing machine and enhances the penetrating power of the water flow. As a result both washing powder and washing time is greatly reduced. Much energy has been saved as well. An environment friendly washing machine!
2. The built-in new dander filter system can effectively remove pet hair attached to clothing for pet users, which greatly improves people's quality of life.
3. BLDC frequency conversion technology is more energy-saving and environment friendly.
4. The unique soft water technology can effectively improve water quality and reduce the use of detergents, which saves resources and improves user experience as well as people’s health.
Team Structure
There should be 28 members involved in this project: they are responsible for user research, market research, ID design, CMF design, design strategy, structural design, mold design, marketing and product planning. In the early stage of product definition, external users will participate in the discovery and definition of the product concept
Flow
In defining the program of using CDOC, the project has done a lot of product analysis based on user research in the early stage, and achieved the process of coming from users to users. After product definition, based on the pain points and needs of users in the process of using, the project is conducting preliminary research and development and verification of technology, and determined to design a washing machine for female users.
Project Investment
The project took 12 months from inception to design and delivery. A total of 13.5 million dollars.

1. The initial intention of this project is to create a washing machine that female users like. Finally, the product has achieved unexpected performance in terms of appearance, function, interaction and quality
