这把刀的整体外观采用流线形设计,微弯的刀背弧度是整体外线的主轴,刀尖、柄尾、刀刃、中腹的走势都顺应此线,使得整体外线流畅而协调。
刀面与刀柄连接处的大R角处理是本款刀独特创意,既丰富了立体感和力量感,又提升了料理师在持握拿捏时的舒适度。
刀面凸起的加强筋设计是本产品最大亮点,也是一项技术高点,既在外观方面呼应了整刀流畅感,又在功能方面呈现了不错的体验感:凸起的线条在使用时会给予指背微微的触感,这对于刀工新手起到了很好的提示作用,可大大降低被误伤的风险;凸起的面在切片时很轻易令食材与刀面自然分离,减少食材与刀面粘连的状况,令切割更简便轻松。

The big R angle at the connection between the knife face and the hilt is the unique creativity of this knife, which not only enriches the sense of dimension and strength, but also improves the comfort level of the chef when holding. The raised reinforcement rib design of the blade is the highlight of this product and it is also a high spot of technology. It not only echoes with the smooth feeling of knife in terms of appearance and but also presents a good sense of experience in terms of function.
