Due to the complexity of the project and location, several disciplines were involved. Not only interior designers, but also structural engineers, MEP specialists and A/V professionals contributed to achieve the final results.

This project is to reach beyond the expected target because we have been in the process control of BMSC conscientious attitude, before the project starts, developed a set of complete construction organization plan, detailed regulations, materials and equipment specifications, construction method and clean site safety measures, site security, indicate the total duration each item of milestone dates and time limit for a project, ensure the actual quality of the final space and the perfect design concept.

Project has been characterized by a big challenge. Due to the tight schedule imposed by the client the preliminary design stage started at the end of december 2018 and project was completed and handover to Emaar in September 2019.

Main scope of the project was to create a very sophisticated and elegant environment, yet cozy and good to welcome China potential investors interested in Dubai property mainly. At the same time the space has the aim of introduce to china market the middle east culture and tradition, nevertheless to entertain all guests. Every project became “alive” at a certain stage and later itself a little and adapt to small changes; so Emaar showroom did, but still keeping the original purpose and respect inizitial concept. Client and Design team are completely satisfied about the result achieved.
