方案斥力打造雅林竹轩，以静为主。配合以竹，木，石，花等自然元素突出环境整体的“空与灵”从而营造出一个充满禅境的雅致空间。
整体方案采用新中式的风格，从大门到四合院中轴线对称。利用门洞打造通透的效果。洞门在空间处理上有着重要的作用，可以通过门窗洞口形成空间渗透及空间的流动，达到“园中有景，景中有景，移步换景”的效果。
利用前厅环境和池水映月，成为品茗和冥想之地，而叠水景观，植物营造出雅致幽静的禅意境界，东方艺术的最高境界是写意，追求挥洒自如、一气呵成和苍劲质朴的艺术造诣。传达自然美的同时，让人切实地感受东方的人文雅韵。
社会影响
把私宅也想做出中式的韵味。
中式庭院是中国特有的风格，苏州园林在古典园林上体现了中国独特的园林文化。如今新中式风格也是掀起一阵风潮。
