This product with diamond-cutting style has some slices and ridges to embody the sense of technology and its many details like the designs of space curves reflect the pursuit of high quality. The colorful embedded touch-LCD can be adjusted from 0 to 135o, and the damping shaft could guarantee stability of the screen when touched. The waterproof silica-gel keys with buzzer cue provide a positive user experience. The folding handle integrated into the whole system is artistic and handful. The transparent PC filter-cartridge-cover before panel connected with the host computer by means of a three-jaw chuck can be recognized quickly and then the filter-cartridge can be replaced. The functional interfaces on both sides are placed horizontally to avoid broking tubes and wires more effectively compared with the traditional vertical layout. The air flow interfaces separated from control interfaces can avoid that the short-circuited and aged wires are influenced by vapors.

After coming into the market for just three months, over 100 products have been sold with the total sales volume of more than RMB 4 million and with the profit of RMB400,000. The products are favored and widely recognized by more and more people.

The product has a stable structure, high strength, light mass, good assembly performance and maintainability and strong expandability due to its frame structures consisting of stamping aeronautical aluminum alloy board matching the thermal molding engineering plastics. It’s easy to replace the battery because of the removable battery-box in the bottom and the lower center of gravity makes the instrument more stable. The distinctive colors consisting of Junray’s blue and grey represents the environmental and high-tech features. The dark grey body has good environment adaptiveness so that it could cover some surface damage. The blue screen matched with grey regions can guarantee not only the unity when closed, but also the distinction when opened so that the user can distinguish it easily and it is a perfect combination of functions and appearances.

The first designer is Liang Guo; and other designers are Lijia Xu, Qiangqiang He, Guiling Yang and Weitao Lv.

At the beginning of the design, we do a lot of research on key customers. According to the results, we initiate our design. Our team consists of five members. With joint effort and cooperation, the whole team members worked efficiently and did their own work well.

The initiation started in September, 2016 and ended in early December. The project lasted for two and a half months.

The market share shows a rising trend in the same industry, which promotes it to be the core product of the company.
