With the combination of original advantages and the optimization of shortcomings, we designed the JWF1213 carding machine completely new in color. The warm gray matched with bright green not only highlights the characteristics of the brand, but reduces the workers’ visual fatigue. Based on the characteristics of the sheet metal, we integrated our modest corporate culture into the repeated square hole array with unfilled corner intentionally, which used in the exhaust location of outer sheet metal. Thereupon it highlights the corporate culture. The JWF1213 carding machine displays accurately the technological parameters, such as rotation rate, output speed, yield, remaining length, and time for roller change, of the cylinder, thorn roller, doffer and cotton feeding in the man-machine interface. Meanwhile, it protects the parameter through encryption and operates remotely through the network, making it easy to produce and manage.
