市场调研，搜集痛点和机会点。组织公司各领域专家进行头脑风暴，初步方案3D打印手板反复验证，寻找最佳使用体验。小批量投放市场验证后，根据用户反馈进行后续优化，最终开模，产品投放市场。
Project Description
It is a type of simple and elegant bullet camera. The product design is focused more on the product itself and application environment, which adheres to the design philosophy of “Less is more” by breaking traditional industrial design style of bullet camera. Clear design language and simple appearance make it easily adapt to store, restaurant, hotel and other scenarios. Silver aluminum ring design of CNC craft can effectively realize heat dissipation and maintain high quality for the appearance. Meanwhile, the matching of black, white and silver makes the product more delicate with a sense of depth, which presents uniform design style of the company and excellent brand communication capability. The product supports WiFi and wired access, it can be easily installed and used without modifying original decoration. Besides, the product supports IP67 compliance as well.

Flow
In the early stage ,we used market research to collect pain points and opportunities. We organize experts in all fields to brainstorm. We repeated the intial plan through 3D printing to find the best use experience. After placing a small amount of products on the market,the follow-up optimization based on the user feedback will eventually be released and the product will be released into the market.
